Our company specializes in the development, design, and manufacture of CONTROL CABINETS for general industrial applications, custom orders, and mass production. Drawing on many years of experience in the market for industrial automation of technological processes and manufacturing, Pneusystems Engineering Company offers modern system solutions utilizing power mechatronics (servo drives and pneumatics) that are used in various industrial sectors.
Every year brings new changes to the field of automated control systems. Solutions that were state-of-the-art just yesterday are no longer effective today. Traditional control systems are giving way to new ones based on modern digital technologies. Meanwhile, however, there remains a trend toward using hybrid systems that combine a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a pneumatic actuator system.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Control cabinets—delivered fully tested and ready for immediate operation. The control system is designed for standard applications, such as controlling pneumatic cylinders and shut-off valves in process equipment. Additionally, the system configuration can be customized to meet the customer’s specific process requirements.
These solutions feature the high response speed of electronic components and the reliability of pneumatic control elements. Most often, machine control components operate in dusty, humid, corrosive, or other adverse environments. Consequently, this area of IC PNEUSYSTEMS’ production remains one of the most promising, as the demand for ready-made engineering solutions continues to grow.
To address a range of challenges related to controlling multiple actuators and implementing an automated approach to control, the company’s specialists have developed the PSCC series of pneumatic control cabinets. The series combines all the advantages of digital control with a reliable pneumatic system. At the customer’s request, the control cabinets can be equipped with programmable controllers from various brands, such as Siemens, Omron, and FESTO.
The pneumatic components are often supplied by the well-known German brand FESTO — a global leader in the production of advanced pneumatic automation components. As a result, pneumatic control cabinets easily integrate into the overall control system of a production line, which typically uses industrial network protocols. Profibus, CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherCat, EtherNet, PROFINET.
A wide range of pneumatic control components makes it possible to create flexible and functional control modules. One of the most common challenges is ensuring the proper operation of control cabinets in low-temperature environments.
To protect the equipment from these effects, a microclimate control system is used to regulate the temperature inside the cabinet based on external temperature fluctuations. All of these technical innovations significantly expand the capabilities of our products and give them a competitive edge in today’s market. The range of tasks they perform makes the PNKV-SE series control cabinets a reliable component in production automation.
For simpler control applications, we offer the PSCC SE series of control cabinets. This product line is characterized by its simple design, cost-effectiveness due to the use of mass-production technologies, and the shortest lead times.
ADVANTAGES OF PNEUMATIC CONTROL CABINETS
The main advantage of a pneumatic control cabinet is that the customer receives a fully operational, tested system that is ready for installation on the production line. IC PNEUSYSTEMS has extensive experience in the manufacture and implementation of control cabinets. Our company’s engineering solutions are used in robotics, metallurgy, packaging, the chemical industry, and woodworking.
The main advantages of our pneumatic and electro-pneumatic control cabinets:
PNEUSYSTEMS Engineering Company is not only a manufacturer and supplier of state-of-the-art equipment for the automation of production processes, but also successfully carries out a full range of engineering services, including the analysis of the condition of hydraulic and pneumatic components and providing recommendations for their replacement and repair, as well as training and professional development for your company’s specialists.
We handle projects of varying levels of complexity, and the engineers at our technical center are ready to provide support throughout the entire service life of the control cabinet.
